Walk & Talk Chelmsford
Our Walk & Talk in Chelmsford is a free, relaxed meet-up for new and expectant mothers looking to connect, unwind, and boost their wellbeing. Simply come along and enjoy the supportive vibe—there’s no booking system, just a WhatsApp group where all the details are shared.
Walking together helps improve mental wellbeing, lower stress levels, and reduce isolation. A problem shared is a problem halved, and our community is welcoming and inclusive. There’s no pressure, just good company, fresh air, and great conversation.
We often have guest professionals joining us in areas like sleep, mental health, wellbeing, breastfeeding, and nutrition.
It’s all about connection, support, and taking a moment for yourself. Come and join us—it’s an amazing space to meet like-minded parents and take a break from the everyday.

Baby Massage
Join us for a gentle and nurturing baby massage class at Beaulieu Community Centre, Chelmsford!
This 4-week in-person course is perfect for babies aged 6 weeks to 1 year and offers a calm, supportive space for you and your little one. Learn simple, effective techniques to soothe, comfort, and support your baby’s natural healing, while deepening your bond. Enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, connect with other parents, and take some time to slow down and enjoy this special stage with your baby.

Baby Reflexology Classes
I proudly run baby massage and baby reflexology classes in a modern, relaxed venue here in Chelmsford. These classes are a wonderful way to support both parents and little ones. I find running the classes to be very empowering knowing that I am supporting parents/ carers to bond their babies and promoting the natural healing within the body.
Our classes are based at Beaulieu community centre in Chelmsford here are the next available dates:

Treatments
I’m passionate about what I do—it truly doesn’t feel like work to me. I love creating personalised experiences for my clients, giving them the time, compassion, and care they deserve. Beyond reflexology, my treatments often provide a deep sense of healing, with many clients experiencing a reduction in their stress and anxiety levels aswell as an emotional release. This supports them to release any negative energy stored within their body.
A little about me...
At home, I’m a wife and mum to twin boys who keep me on my toes - some days it feels like I have three boys, as my husband can be just as cheeky! Family life is busy and beautifully chaotic, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. In my downtime, I love spending time with friends and family, exploring new places with my boys, being creative with crafts, dancing to reggae and soca music in my kitchen, or curling up with a good book. I’m a big believer in self-care, so regular spa days or weekends away are a must, and I adore comedy nights with my husband—laughter really is the best therapy.
I’ve been running my holistic business for over four years now, and it’s such a joy to see the positive impact my treatments have on my clients wellbeing. Whether I’m working with adults or running my baby classes, I love the way my work combines care, connection, and healing.
